Introduction
Orcs clerics have the same abilities and class features presented for the cleric class
presented in the Player Handbook (pages 29-33). Every orc god grants
to his clerics special powers that are unique for that particular clergy.
This document is based on the information given on Monsters Mythology.
The new domains: Cavern, Darkness, Family, Planning and Suffering are from The Living City Guide to the Forgotten Realms. These domains appear at the end of this article.
All Orcish Priest Classes use the following progression chart:

Special Powers
Gruumsh's Scorn:
A cleric of Gruumsh gains a +1 morale bonus on attack rolls against
elves.
Gruumsh's Aid:
Starting at 3rd level, a cleric of Gruumsh can casts aid (on self only).
Gruumsh's Reward:
Starting at 6th level, a cleric of Gruumsh heal self for 1d8 hit points for each sentient creature slain in battle.
Gruumsh's Wrath:
Starting at 9th level, a cleric of Gruumsh can enchant a spear for 2 rounds/level.
While enchanted, the spear does double damage. At 14th level, the spear's critical threat range is increased by 1.

Starting at 3rd level, a cleric of Bahgtru can cast Bull's Strength (on self only).
Bahgtru's Powerful Blows:
Starting at 7th level, a cleric of Bahgtru can cast Greater Magic Fang (on his fists only).

A cleric of Shargaas can multiclass freely (without XP penalty) with the rogue class.
A cleric of Shargaas can calculate the sneak attack ability of the rogue class adding her cleric level to her rogue level.
Shargaas' Dark Hand:
Starting at 5th level a cleric of Shargaas can cast Deeper Darkness.
Shargaas' Terrifying Cloak:
Starting at 7th level, a cleric of Shargaas can cast Cloak of Fear (as per the Fear spell, but on a 10 feet circle) combined with Deeper Darkness in which the cleric can see.

Cavern
Granted Power: You gain the dwarven ability of stonecutting. If you already possess stonecutting, your racial bonus for stonecutting increases from +2 bonus to +4 on checks to notice unusual stonework.

Granted Power: Unity Ward: As a free action, you may protect a number of creatures equal to your Charisma modifier with a +4 bonus to AC. This supernatural ability lasts 1 round per level. An affected creature looses this protection if it movesmore than 10 feet away from you. You may protect yourself with this ability.
