Orc Rampage

18-SEP-1999
Written by Scribe of Kor

Today, Kor told the orcs that they were going to confront the humie King. Kor gathered the orcs, and took them to Britain to talk to King British, to discuss the removal of guards from the guard tower on the Land of Kor.

Kor produced a magic gate. Although many orcs were scared, they eventually walked through the shimmering blue light.

The orcs found themselves in the stables in Britain. There was much dissatisfaction in finding the stables empty of horses. No horse meat for the orcs today.

Kor led the orcs to the King's throne room. Much to Kor's surpise, the throne room was empty. The King was no where to be seen. The castle guards, then came to escort the orcs out of the city. Kor told the guards to fetch King British. The guards ignored Kor, and pushed him. That was the last thing the guards ever did.

The orcs quickly surrounded the guards, and Kor ordered the attack. Before dying. the guards shouted for reinforcements. The reinforcements met the same fate. The remaining castle guards, set up defenses deeper within the castle, waiting for the orcs to lay seige. Little did they know, that the orcs were not there to attack the castle.

Angered at not being able to meet with the humie King, who has never responded to a message Kor has sent... Kor gave an order to the orcs. "Burn the throne room."

Not being happy at being in the reaking humie city of Britain, the orcs quickly lit some torches and began to burn and destroy everything in sight.

Once the throne room was set ablaze, the orcs then moved quickly out of the castle, and dispersed within the city of Britain.

There was another stink in the city, that Kor knew too well. Elvzies.

Following the odor trail, Kor led the orcs to the elvzies. Several elvzies were gathered in a music hall, and they seemed most surprised as the orcs rushed in. The elvzies attempted to negotiate for their lives, but alas, with bloodlust running through their veins, the Orcs of Kor attacked and slew the elvzies (ElF), and ate their horses.

The orcs began to rejoice in their victory, but a crowd of humies had gathered outside. They did not look too happy about the burning of their King's throne room. Kor was preparing for battle, but then wave after wave of elvzies started to arrive on scene. Realizing that the orcs we now well outnumbered, Kor opened a magic portal back to the Urk Fort, and the Orcs quickly vanished from Britain.

When the orc's blue portal closed, the irrate crowd in Britain began to talk about their concern over orcs in their city. The elves reassured the crowd that the actions of the orcs would not go unpunished.

A figure in a hooded gray robe, broke from the crowd, and attempted to disappear into the shadows. A young boy, running to the castle with many empty buckets for fire fighting, accidantally ran into the stranger. The two men tumbled to the ground, and wooden buckets, rolled all over the street.

The boy, turned and looked at the man who he knocked down. The young lad was most surprised when he stared at the face of the stranger. The fall had knocked the stranger's hood off. The man quickly pulled his hood, back over his head. The boy's face read of fear, and the stranger realized the boy had seen his true identity.

The young lad was frozen in panic. He had indeed heard that there were orcs in the city this day, but never had he seen one that looked like the one he was staring at now. Although orcish in feature, this stranger's skin was dark black, almost obsidian in color. The black orc unsheathed a knife.

Two men came running up from behind them, and started collecting the fallen buckets. They began shouting at the boy, to get up. The dark orc quickly concealed his knife, and withrew into the shadows. The boy, still dazed, grabbed a few nearby buckets, and ran towards the fire, but could not get the image of the dark orc out of his mind. Once his duty was over, the boy knew who he would have to consult on this...

Britain Orc Raid!!!

05-NOV-1999
Written by Scribe of Kor

Today was a great victory for the orcs! First Tor'ghat led the orcs to Caslte British on a suicide raid. Before we got to the castle we were stopped by a closed gate and an elvzie in front of it, telling us not to go through with our attack. Keeli, the elvzie, died quite quickly when the force of about twelve orcs cut her to shreds.

The orcs managed to force the gate up, and they stormed into the castle. The orcs Krimped a castle guard, and began to Clomp him. Although the guard did not fall... all orcs did. We also believe that this sends a clear message to Lord British that we are not to be messed with, as we even have the courage and strength to attempt to slay one of his own guards right beneath the King's nose.

Nograaahhh!!!

Moonlglow Orc Raid!!!

05-NOV-1999
Written by Scribe of Kor

Later in the evening, the Orcs of Kor again gathered to raid Moonglow. Kor found out that many of the humie mages that come to cause trouble at the orc fort, have been getting their magic erb supplies from a large magic shop in Moonglow. The orcs encountered much resistance at the gates of the town. The orcs managed to push through, although, they did have to kill one humie that decided to attack them. Stupid Humie!

The orcs arrived at the magic shop, and found that it was also being used as a library. The orc verbally and physically abused the shop keepers. Then the orcs began setting all the books in the shop, ablaze. Kor noticed a book that was open on a table. Being able to read humie writings, Kor realized that the book described a site of extreme scientific importance to the humies. Kor knew instantly, where their next target would be.

The orcs exited the burning mage shop, and stepped onto a magic rune on a large square dias, which turned out to be a teleporter back to Moonglow. The orcs immediately incountered heavy resistance from humie mages in the hedge maze in Moonglow. To impede the orcs, they cast many spells creating magical barriers. After much time and persistance the orcs managed to get to the next teleporter, and journied to a large telescope. Although, the orcs did not understand the purpose of the great machine, Kor did know a little about telescopes. Kor removed the viewing chamber from the front of the telescope, as sort of a trophy.

The orcs then began, burning, shooting and hacking at the telescope, until it was rendered completely inoperative.

Before leaving, the orcs erected a golden statue of Dan'Nogra, as a finally warning to all humies, and as a show of the clan's wealth.

The Orcs of Kor hope that this sends a clear message to the humie mages that cause problems at the Urk Fort, that their presence on orc land will not be tolerated.

Still pumped full of ego and energy from the day's events, the orcs devided they would go urk hunting at Hyloth, along with an orc chummer and some friendly, but stinky, stinky humies. The group slowly worked their way through the Cave, when, after a few stairways down, they came face to face with a Lord of the Abyss. The orcs courageously fought the foul spawn. The orcs seemed to be gaining the upper hand when it called forth a Daemon. Despite many deaths, the orcs were triumphant in felling the Daemon, and eventually, the Lord of the Abyss.

This truely was a glorious day to be an orc. *grins*

An Orcish Feast

14-DEC-1999
Written by Scribe of Kor

The First Orcish Feast was a great success. Many humies came, and respected the ways of the Orcs of Kor. Many humies sampled our robust orcish ale, but many complained about it tasting like lamp oil. It seems that humies just don't appreciate that our ale has more than one type of use. Fortunately the humies chose the roast pork over the horse meat, leaving much horse meat for the orcs to devour.

In great sadness, the orc knife throwers were bested by two humies. For future knife throwing competitions, all orcs competing will be cut off liquor service after the 6th bottle. It seems that the orcs were having some balance problems in this contest, otherwise they easily would have beaten the sober humies. After throwing 4 knives each, the Humie Jenthra won 10,000 gold coins for scoring 105 points. It was a most impressive score considering she missed the board with her third knife. Winning the second prize of 5,000 gold, was the humie Severina, with a score of 80.

The next competition was the beltching contest. This was a tie and the two winners shared the 20,000 gold coin prize. The Orc Defender Leader Snog won, by providing such an extensive description of his beltch, that it had Kor's stomache rumbling from laughter. Orc Battlerager Gun'rok won, by not only graphically describing his great beltch, but also by adding physical graphic detail of all the miscellaneous goods he swallowed that day, being spewed onto the floor. Kor would also like to remind the orcs, not to swallow feathers, as the orc digestive system can not handle them, as evidenced by Gun'rok.

As we were preparing for the final contest, a brown robed sage, by the same of Jyrra came running into the fort. At first he tried to speak, but alas he was panting too heavily. At first Kor thought he was coughing, "arkks arrks arkks". Kor stepped forward to assist the brown robed humie, when Kor realized that he was not coughing, but trying to shout out, "URKS". This realization came too late, as urks and ettins began flooding into the Urk Fort.

The Orcs of Kor, along with some humie assistance, quickly erradicated the urks which forced their way in. Now with the fort, strongly held, Kor led the charge forward in a mighty war cry, "Nograaahhh!!!". Many orcs and humies followed Kor's charge, and soon a full scale battle had began. The urks were relentless in their numbers. Just as one urk would fall, another two would take his place. The Orcs of Kor and humies fought Valiantly. After about the first hundred orcs were slain, three of the urk leaders streamed forward. Two Urk Warlord's, wearing their red war paint, both lunged towards Kor. Quickly the Orcs of Kor, gathered next to Kor, and the great melee began. During this struggle, an Urk Necrolyte in blue warpaint, began using magic to attempt to clear the entrance into the Urk Fort.

With good Krimp-Clomp-Heal tactics, Kor and his orcs were successful in slaying the Urk Warlords. Kor then began his charge to the Urk Necrolyte, but alas, the urk fell in battle having been the target of much humie magic. Fortunately the urk leaders failed in their mission to clear the entrance, as their reinforcements of over 50 urks, failed to penetrate the fort.

After the dust had settled, Kor thanked the brown robed sage, Jyrra, for risking his own life, by trying to warn the Orcs of Kor, of the urk war party. Kor has now sent out some Orc Scouts to track the urks from their location. Kor again suspects that the Dark Orcs are behind this, but soon we shall know the source of the, now dead, urk war party.

The third contest, the Orc Challenge then began. This contest pitted two orcs versus one humie. Orc Champion Unag, and Orc Lord Varug worked excellent togother as a team. They always kept side by side, making the ability to heal each other much easier. When ever there was a chance to trap a humie in the corner, they were quick to dive forward, and krimp them in the pen walls. Although many humies tried, the orcs did not fall. No Humie claimed the 60,000 gold coin prize. The humie Drake lasted an incredibly long time. For this he was awarded 5,000 gold, and his horse was not eaten.

Dabu all for coming!

An Urkish Assault

06-JAN-2000
Written by Scribe of Kor

Kor was issuing commands to a few grunts in the clan shak, when Kor saw an urk, come to the door and kick it open. Then Kor saw LOTS of urks come to the door. The Orcs of Kor rushed out and entered the battle which ensued.

Kor has thought he had seen many urks in their assault against the Urk Fort in the Lost Lands. Kor thought again. Hundreds of urks began filling the Urk Fort. Kor saw an Urkish Lord shouting to "git out of my furt".

It became clear to Kor, that these urks, mayhaps not have been sent by the Dark Orcs. The Dark Orcs could never have controlled the large amount of urks that came, but they are unpredictable.

The Urkish Lord was a master hider, and a master stealther. He was very hard to Krimp. Although seemingly invincible at times, the Urkish Lord fell as well! This is a confirmed victory for the Orcs of Kor.

After Kor began mending his wounds, the brown robe, Dragon Ash, wandered into the fort. He apoligized for being late, for trying to warn of the attack. Kor notices that these brown robes are very adept at finding urk war parties. Kor thinks that the brown robes might even be pawns of the Dark Orcs. Kor is investigating the matter. For now, Kor tolerates them.

Many humies also assisted the Orcs of Kor in repelling the urkish masses. The Orcs of Kor thank the humies that helped! Kor the Orc King beleives that there is hope yet for the humie race.

Kor will monitor the urk patrols that come through the Land of Kor. If they continue to be sparse, then after the clan's next attack on the Lost Land's Urk Fort, Kor will then return to our Urk Fort and will declared it, the Orcs of Kor Fort.
